Our menu has three different set meals :

Menu Mer at 17.40 €
14 starters to choose from :
• Seafood platter :
- Oysters
- Whelks
- Langoustines

• Salads :
- Salade du Cap Nell
(home-smoked salmon, green salad, raspberries and poached egg)
- Frisée aux petits lardons de la Mer
(endive with smoked tuna, swordfish, salmon and whelks)
- Salade de beignets de chèvre et Camembert
(deep-fried goat’s cheese and Camembert)

• Cap Nell favourites :
- Marinated sardines
- Creole prawns

3 fish dishes to choose from :
- Escalope of mullet with watercress sauce and courgettes ”cake”
- Grilled salmon steak served with crumble and purée
- Mackerel fillets served with a pepper coulis and basmati rice.

2 meat dishes to choose from
- Grilled sirloin steak (with Bleu d’Auvergne cheese or green pepper sauce)
- Spare rib of pork with barbecue sauce

A la Carte (a few suggestions)
- La planche du mareyeur (Marinated sardine, smoked tuna, marinated squid, tuna pâté with lemon, green salad, tomato, potato)
- Platter of marinated raw fish
- Tartar of red tuna or salmon, depending on the catch
- Grilled sea bass (not farmed) with white butter sauce flavoured with vervain charlotte
- Breast of duck with rhubarb compote
- Veal kidneys flambéed in cognac
